Our Cattle and Sheep are free to roam in our paddocks eating a mixture of Lucerne, Rye Grass, Clover and Veldt grass. We encourage natural growth of these food stuffs with some crops planted by us to provide a natural flavours from our lands.  .

Our animals are 100% Grass-Fed, we use no growth hormones and no anti-biotics.   We are 100% South Australian, Australian owned.
